Mr. Kaye is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He obtained his law degree from Western State University and was admitted to the California Bar in 1994. He served as a Deputy District Attorney and then established a private practice limited to family law and criminal defense with an emphasis on DUI cases. He is actively involved in the legal community and served four years as a Co-Chairman of the Criminal Section of the San Diego North County Bar Association. Mr. Kaye has represented over three thousand clients with DUI charges and has tried more than 250 DUI jury trials throughout Southern California. He is routinely retained by other law firms to represent their DUI clients.
